Odile also takes on the role of Project Manager for your project and found she has a flair for being in control of all aspects of the work to be undertaken: including co-ordinating and instructing builders, arranging decorators and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard, on time and on budget. With her local knowledge and contacts, this is a role which clients who live out of county have found invaluable as Odile is able to recommend contractors and is on hand to deal with all aspects of the project and to communicate between owner and contractor.
Amongst others Odile has recently completed projects with Ecohouse, Blake Construction and MH Flooring.
